Texas Rep Dutton wants to delay abortion regulations until death penalty abolished

Molly Reilly, at the Huffington Post, reports that Texas State Representative Harold Dutton Jr:

has introduced a bill that would block anti-abortion laws from going into effect until the state ends its use of capital punishment.

Why? Because even a pro-abort can stumble on truth once in awhile. Rep. Dutton explains:

Twelve people can put somebody to death in this state. But now, we want one person to not be able to decide that same issue.

Don’t you know that twelve jurors agree to the death penalty because the person-to-be-killed is inconvenient to their plans? The jurors don’t want to be burdened with their parental obligation to the person or with putting the person up for adoption, so they decide to kill him. But that’s ok because the jurors are exercising choice.
